Terms of Service & Platform Governance

Welcome to PRASUNEX (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an interconnected enterprise education operating system developed and operated by Prasynet Pvt. Ltd. By accessing, registering for, browsing, deploying, or using our platform, mobile applications, APIs, or interconnected web portals (Student, Parent, Staff, Management, and Job Provider), you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an educational institution (e.g., K-12 school district, university, polytechnic, or academy), corporate recruiting partner, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not possess such legal authority, or if you do not unconditionally agree with every provision set forth herein, you must immediately terminate access and discontinue all use of PRASUNEX services.

To access PRASUNEX directly as an independent user, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law.

For K-12 students under 18 years of age, access is provided strictly through verified educational institution enrollment or with express parental/guardian authorization (“School Consent Model”). In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), participating educational institutions act as authorized agents of parents to consent to data processing strictly for educational purposes.

Educational institutions are responsible for obtaining and archiving verifiable parental consent prior to provisioning accounts for students under 13 years of age.

PRASUNEX provides educational institutions with a high-availability multi-tenant cloud infrastructure engineered with automated load balancing, sub-50ms database latency, and continuous disaster recovery safeguards.

We commit to a Service Level Objective (SLO) of 99.9% annual platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance through our official System Status dashboard.

During critical institutional examination windows and admission cycles, PRASUNEX guarantees zero-downtime maintenance freezes to ensure continuous assessment integrity.

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), India’s DPDP Act 2023, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all academic records, student directory information, gradebooks, attendance logs, exam questions, and institutional communications remain the exclusive property of the subscribing educational institution.

PRASUNEX acts solely as a “School Official” and “Data Processor” with legitimate educational interests. We do not sell, rent, commercialize, or monetize institutional student data under any circumstances.

Upon contract termination or written request by an authorized institutional administrator, PRASUNEX will securely export all institutional records in standard machine-readable formats (JSON/CSV/SQL) and irreversibly purge all active data within 30 days.
